About Us

The Ottawa Valley Driver Academy Ltd is a driver training school providing a fresh approach to driver training. Our professional staff will ensure each student receives quality driver training in accordance with Ministry of Transportation (MTO) guidelines. We do not bring multiple students in the car, and we ensure each student receives one-on-one mentoring from our driving instructor. We provide driver training from Beachburg to Deep River and all communities in between.

In Car Instructor

Allan W. Berard

Allan retired from the military and brings with him over 20 years experience. Allan has completed the in-car instructor training through Centennial College. and is looking forward to sharing his knowledge and experience with our students.

In Car  - In Class Instructor

Kim Stoppa

Kim received her Driver Instructor Certification at Humber College Transportation Training Center in 2011.  Kim is certified to teach in-car as well as in the classroom.  Kim strongly believes in the value of drivers learning from Professional Instructors and is eager to share her knowledge and expertise with students in a patient and caring manner.

Roy brings with him over 20 years of experience as both a driver instructor, and driver examiner.  He received training at Centennial and Humber College. He looks forward to sharing his knowledge, expertise, and experience with students both young and old.
